Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RimoCar, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

RimoCar provides users with access to AI-powered car modification tools, a social community for car enthusiasts, and in-app purchase options including subscriptions and consumable coin packs. You understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for RimoCar to provide the Service.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

RimoCar offers the following purchasable items through Apple App Store and Google Play Store:

  • Subscriptions (RimoCar PRO): Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual auto-renewing subscription plans that provide access to premium features and a monthly coin allowance. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Coin Packs: One-time consumable purchases that add a specified number of coins to your account balance. Coins are used to generate AI car modifications.

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase. You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings.

4. Virtual Currency (Coins) Policy

Coins are a virtual currency used exclusively within the RimoCar application to access AI-powered car modification features. The following rules apply:

  • Non-Transferable: Coins are permanently tied to the RimoCar account (User ID) on which they were purchased or earned. Coins cannot be transferred, gifted, traded, or moved between different registered user accounts.
  • Non-Refundable: Consumed coins (used for AI modifications) cannot be refunded or restored. Unused coin balances remain on your account until used or until account deletion.
  • No Real-World Value: Coins have no monetary value outside of the RimoCar application and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.
  • Subscription Coins: Coins earned through subscription plans do not roll over to the next billing period. Your coin allowance resets with each subscription renewal cycle.

5. Account Types & Guest-to-Permanent Upgrade

RimoCar supports the following account types:

  • Guest (Anonymous) Accounts: Temporary accounts created automatically when you first use the app without signing in. Guest accounts allow you to explore the app and make purchases.
  • Permanent Accounts: Registered accounts created via Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email registration.

When you upgrade from a Guest account to a Permanent account (by signing in for the first time), the following data migration occurs automatically:

  • Your garage (saved cars) and modification history are transferred to your new permanent account.
  • Any coin balance on your guest account is transferred to your new permanent account. This is the only exception to the non-transferable coin policy and applies exclusively to the one-time guest-to-permanent upgrade process.
  • Your guest account is permanently deleted after the migration is complete.

This one-time transfer is designed to protect purchases made before account registration. It does not apply to transfers between two separate permanent accounts.

6. Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore your previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" feature:

  • Subscriptions: Active subscriptions can be restored to your current account via the Restore button. The subscription will be transferred from the previous account to the currently logged-in account.
  • Coins: Coin balances are not restored or transferred via the Restore function. Coins remain on the account where they were originally purchased.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory.
  • Harm minors in any way.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a RimoCar official, forum leader, guide or host.
  • Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the virtual currency system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotional offers.

8. Modifications to Service

RimoCar reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. This includes the right to modify pricing, coin values, subscription benefits, and virtual currency exchange rates.
